Individual consultations that feel like a great, big sigh of relief 

1:1 consultations are a space for you to feel truly heard and supported. In our hour together, we will take a deep dive into your child’s sleep situation and make sense of what is going on within the context of your child’s unique self - their temperament and sensory profile, their emotional and attachment needs, their current developmental stage - and their environment.

As well as providing you with valuable insights and ideas to support your child’s sleep, my aim is to give you the space to feel seen and validated in all you are doing - and to relieve some of the stress and pressure you may have been feeling up to this point.

How I approach sleep

I take a supportive and holistic approach to sleep. I do not do sleep training of any kind and my approach is rooted in responsiveness within the parent-child relationship. My work involves looking at a diverse range of factors which can affect sleep - including matters of health, feeding, oral function, airway health, sleep biology & more... as well as diving into sleep rhythms more closely to understand what could be optimised to get sleep in the best place possible, within the context of our child's developmental stage and individual needs. I also take a close look at a child's environment, life context, sensory needs, temperament & emotional needs to understand how we can best support them, with sleep and beyond!

How it works

Once you book, I will send over an intake form via email. This gathers some essential information for me to review before we meet (and must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours before our call.) Consultations are then held via zoom, for one hour, where we deepen our understanding of what is going on and generate some ideas for you to take forward. After the call I will email over any relevant links or resources discussed during the call (e.g. blog articles or webpages for you to look at). If you are keen to have a record of our discussion then do take some notes during the call. For any future follow-ups, I offer a reduced consultation rate to meet for another hour – whenever you need.
